Transitional Pastor: Rev. Mark J. Arnold

Pastor Mark Arnold currently ministers as our Transitional Pastor and Church Health Consultant.

Mark received his B.A. from OBU in Shawnee, OK and his M.Div. from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, TX. He has ministered as a Transitional Pastor at several MBC churches including First Baptist Ozark, First Baptist Sedalia and now at North Nixa Baptist. Mark has been in ministry for over 37 years as a Senior Pastor, church planter, Minister of Education and various other staff positions in Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas and Missouri.

Mark has been married to his college sweetheart, Jackie, for 37 years. They have four children and one granddaughter.

 


Minister to Children and Students: Bryan Ridenour

Bryan Ridenour serves as our Youth and Children’s Pastor.

Bryan earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Religious Education with a Minor in Music from Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, MO. He formerly served as Music and Youth Minister at Mentor Baptist Church in Rogersville, MO, and as the Pastor of Eastern Gate Baptist Church in Ozark, MO. North Nixa Baptist has been his ministerial home for the last 14 years.

Bryan and his wife Delaina have been married 23 years. They have six children ranging in age from toddler to 15 years old.


Ministry Assistant/Worship Leader: Bonnie Vawter

Bonnie Vawter fills a dual role as the church’s Ministry Assistant and Praise & Worship Leader.

Bonnie graduated from Southwest Baptist University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Services and Applied Science. She majored in Social Work and Counseling and has been involved with music ministry since college. Bonnie has served as NNBC’s Praise & Worship Leader since 2012 and the Ministry Assistant since 2013. She also serves in other areas of the church.

Bonnie’s daughter Meagan attends high school at New Covenant Academy.
